Wills and Probate Solicitor or Qualified Legal Executive
Manage a varied Wills & Probate caseload, ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional legal client care while building trusted relationships with clients and beneficiaries.
The role
Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our established and experienced team and play an integral role in the future of the firm.
You will run a caseload advising clients on Wills, Estate Administration, LPAs, Drafting Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts with support provided from a dedicated team of Paralegals and Administrators.
You will be expected to provide cover to both our North Hill and Plympton offices with flexibility to work from home part of the week, after a period of training.

Professional & Technical Expertise
You are:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with specialist high level experience.
- STEP membership is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive in your professional development and continuously seeking growth opportunities.
