Administrator
Provide first class administrative and secretarial support to a team of lawyers providing excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The Role
The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a team of lawyers in both our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Departments.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to support the delivery of exceptional high-quality client service and successful case outcomes.
Liaise with clients, courts and third parties as required.
Assist with the opening, management and closing of client files, ensuring compliance with firm requirements.
Complete assigned administrative tasks with regard to the smooth running of the department.
Process invoices for the team.
Take calls from potential new, and existing clients, and booking any necessary appointments as required.
Book travel and training for the team as required.
Process holiday requests ensuring adequate cover is available.
Type from digital dictation to prepare, format and proof-read legal documents, correspondence and reports.
Manage your own workload and prioritising tasks.
Maintain compliant and accurate electronic files.
