The Role
The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving the successful adoption of digital tools, technologies, and processes across the organisation. This role ensures that employees understand, embrace, and effectively utilise digital solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.
This is a full‑time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. To support effective, hands‑on engagement with the organisation, the role is ideally office‑based at our North Hill offices in Plymouth, with scope for hybrid working arrangements in the future.
What will you do?
Support the rollout of new digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Create and deliver training materials, guidance, and communications to support adoption efforts.
Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback sessions to identify adoption challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with technology, and business teams to align adoption activities with the firms’ goals.
Establish and monitor adoption KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
Champion a culture of digital literacy and continuous improvement.
Drive and support digital innovation and pilots.
Lead the development and execution of digital adoption strategies and roadmaps.
What do you offer?

Demonstrated success in improving user engagement and technology uptake.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex organisations.
Background in training delivery, user experience, or process optimisation is desirable.
Experience working in a law firm and adopting legal technologies.
Experience in developing knowledge bases and updating/creating training material, including training videos, user guides and eLearning.

5 years+ PQE in digital adoption, digital transformation, or organisational change role.
Demonstrating the expected competencies for your level across Client, People, Technical, and Commercial Awareness, as outlined in the firm’s Pyramids of Skills and Behaviours.
Proactive in your professional development, working towards competencies at the next level and continuously seeking growth opportunities.
